This article recounts my dowsing at Southwell Minster which is at the SE tip of the Sherwood Forest landscape pentagram. Here I found that the lines making up the pentagram are actually Energy Leys. I found the Beacon Tree and followed some of the radials emanating from it through the Minster exploring what happens to the energies when the Beacon Tree starts to broadcast energy at Solar Noon. I also explored the history, Templar Symbolism and folklore associated with the Minster and speculated as to whether it was once sited in what used to be a sacred grove in the forest surrounding a healing well. My final epiphany was realising that the earth energy vortexes that I have been working with for many years are in fact the ghosts of trees.
